Bernard Okyere is an astute Data scientist, soft skills and Career Coach as well as a training consultant in Ghana. He has over 15 years of experience in data analytics and training professionals in office productivity software. Bernard Okyere’s soft skills training includes making data-driven decisions, crafting compelling data stories/data storytelling, problem solving, critical thinking, collaborating at work, effective communication, decision intelligence, leading self and others, team work etc.
He is deeply passionate about using his skills to solve business and societal challenges. With an MPhil in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a first degree in Computer Science and Business Management, Bernard possesses a solid foundation in computer science, programming, accounting, statistics, management, leadership, and governance. He has a keen understanding of how technology can drive change and development in organizations and societies.
With over 15 years of experience, Bernard has trained professionals in IT from various parts of the world. He has provided training at various institutions in Database development, statistics, business management, data science and data analytics with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, T-SQL, and Python. Currently, he is the Data Science training consultant at Certified Ghana, Knowledge Tree International and iX ML Analytics Ltd. where he focuses on training professionals in the oil and gas, insurance, banking and telecommunications sectors in data science and data analytics. Additionally, Bernard is the facilitator for Business Analysis, MS Project for project management, MS Suite (including Outlook) and MS Excel training programs organized by Knowledge Tree International, Ghana. Also, for four years, Bernard co-organized and facilitated HR Analytics Training Workshops with Mdata Consult Ltd.
Bernard is also an adjunct lecturer at Central University, Knutsford University College, and Wisconsin University College. As a trainer and lecturer, Bernard is known for his engaging teaching style and ability to simplify complex concepts. He is committed to helping the training delegates succeed and providing them with the guidance and support needed to excel in their careers.
